Cleaning Tech & Facility Handyman - OPEN
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks
- Maintain equipment, such as water distiller, AC filters
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchens
- Maintain outside grounds and building
- Construction and handyman skills are a bonus
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively - Clean Animal cages and kennels -
Monitor areas inside and outside to make sure everything is in working order. Be able to repair items as needed or know how to engage the proper subcontractors to manage repairs.
Skills:
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects - General construction and repair skills
