St. Augustine Humane Society

Love your pet? We do too!

Low-Income Assistance Program
We work closely with our local agency, Home Again St. Johns, to provide services to pets of the Homeless.  If you know someone who needs our help, please contact us at 904.829.2737

Our Goals:
  • To reduce the number of unwanted pets by controlling overpopulation with a low-cost spay neuter program
  • To help people keep their pets in the family
  • To help low income people feed and care for their pets
  • To decrease the need to surrender pets to shelters
  • To strengthen the animal-human bond

Click on the icons to view the program guidelines.  To be considered for free services, you must complete the application process in person at the St. Augustine Humane Society.
