Grey Muzzle Organization
In July 2022, we received a grant award from Grey Muzzle to provide veterinary care for senior dogs. The grant money joins our mission in helping families keep their pets, rather than being forced to relinquish them due to financial difficulty. We believe senior dogs should be able to live their entire lives with dignity and love. We are grateful for the support of Grey Muzzle to our community.

PetSmart Charities
In August 2014, we received a grant award from PetSmart Charities for purchasing surgical equipment to open a new spay neuter clinic. The grant money will also be used to train our team at Humane Alliance Surgery Center in Asheville, NC. PetSmart and Humane Alliance work together to provide organizations with the tools they need to address pet overpopulation. We are grateful for their support to our community

Florida Animal Friend
Due to the generous support of the FAF license plate program, we have been able to provide FREE spay neuter surgery to pets whose owners qualify under our guidelines. These grants are funded through the sale of the FAF license plates. Because the rules of the grant dictate that we can only apply every other year, the funding for our organization is usually quickly exhausted. However, purchasing license plates keeps this very worhwhile project going strong throughout the state of Florida. The more plates sold, the more organizations like ours can be awarded grants, and in return, we become one step closer to fixing pet overpopulation. Please go to http://floridaanimalfriend.org to find out more.
